Credit Card Policy:
If you are not a current patient of Be Aligned Health, we require that you call 614- 389 - 4945 to place a credit card on file. Credit cards will not be charged till time of service.

Cancellations/Late Arrival
Cancellations or Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. For a full refund or reschedule option
Late Cancellations or Rescheduling
Rescheduling or Cancellation Requests made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of $15.00. Rescheduling/ Cancellation the day of your massage will be treated as a forfeited session and full amount being charged.
Late Arrival
Arriving late will result in a shortened session, ending at the originally scheduled time.
No-Show
No Show session will be forfeited and full amount charged to account.
