Thursday Yoga!!
Come join us at Be Aligned Health for a rejuvenating yoga session to kick off your weekend right. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a newbie, this event is perfect for all levels. Our experienced instructor will guide you through a series of alignment focused asana (postures) and mindful movement. We will focus on the health of the spine while building strength and flexibility throughout the body.
